I previously designed the logo for Morgans of Cheshire over 6 years ago and was approached to modernise and streamline there current branding. The wanted to keep some of there elements and fonts and wanted to make more of the name rather than the tree icon. As an award winning Estate Agency based in Cheshire they wanted to keep there distinctive Morgans Tree that has gained great brand recognition within the county.
I went of a hand drawn script font for Cheshire as this gives you that personal touch they wanted. Keeping the original font and moving the tree using the negative space to create the O.
